Returns Policy
As all MHAC apparel is printed to order, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or preference once an order has been placed. This exception is permitted under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 for custom or print-on-demand products.
If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of receipt so we can put it right.
How to Report an Issue
Email lucy@mhac.world within 30 days of receiving your order, including:
- Your order number
- Photos of the issue
- A short description of what went wrong
If your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions and a shipping label.
Please note that items sent back without prior approval cannot be accepted.
Exceptions
We do not accept returns on:
- Print-to-order items (all MHAC apparel)
- Gift cards
- Sale items
Refunds (if approved)
Once we’ve received and inspected any returned item, we’ll notify you of the outcome.
If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow time for your bank or payment provider to complete processing.
EU Customers
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have a 14-day cooling-off period under EU law, except where items are printed to order or personalised.
